Bright Fox Group was founded on friendship, shared values and years of nursing experience.



Gillian and Nicole both grew up Scotland, and Zara in Ireland. All three made the move to Western Australia, where they built not only their nursing careers but lifelong friendships. Over the years, they worked side by side in complex healthcare environments, supporting patients and families through some of their most vulnerable moments.

It was through these shared experiences that the vision for Bright Fox Group was born. They saw first-hand how much families were carrying, especially those navigating complex disability and high-care needs in the community. They also understood how powerful the right support structure could be when delivered with skill, consistency and genuine compassion. Bright Fox Group was created to bridge that gap, combining strong clinical governance with warmth, reliability and a deeply personal approach to care.

Today, their shared background, trust in one another and collective experience shape every decision they make. They remain hands-on, present and committed to building support teams that families can truly rely on. Because for them, this isn’t just a business, it’s personal!!
